Billing Terms & Conditions:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Meta Pay.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Branded Products:

You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party on your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products.

By placing an order with Drawde Inc./Artanis Home, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Drawde Inc./Artanis Home to produce the Products on your behalf. You grant Drawde Inc./Artanis Home the right to copy, modify, distribute, use, create derivative works of and vectorize any content you have uploaded for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Moreover, you warrant that you have sufficient rights to permit Drawde Inc./Artanis Home to copy, distribute, use, modify, create derivative works of and vectorize any content provided by you for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Purchase implies agreement with these terms.
