Refund policy
We offer a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for all public listings.
Listed Non-Customized Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a return label. We will issue a full refund within one business day of receiving your return.
Customized Products: Due to the extra labor, time, and expenses required, no refunds will be given for customized products. Defects are handled according to our policy below.
Quoted Bulk Orders: Returns of bulk orders quoted and purchased through a unique client order listing are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Client pays return shipping. We only accept returns of unopened packs and unused lids and pumps. Defects are handled according to our policy below.
Defects (Non-Customized and Customized): We replace components (the bottle, jar, lid, or pump) at our cost in case of manufacturer's defects when contacted within 1 year of delivery. Replacements of pumps, lids, and uncustomized bottles or jars are sent out within one business day of request (subject to available stock). Replacement customized bottles or jars (subject to available stock) are sent out according to our Shipping Policy. If we have extra units (extra labels or custom printed bottles) available left over from your original order those customized items will be available to ship within one business day.
