Shipping policy

Domestic (US) parcel ground shipping is $5 for orders under $75 and free for orders $75+. We may upgrade shipments to Priority Mail at our discretion.

Orders of products ($250 or less) are processed and shipped within 2 business days, subject to availability. Non-bulk customized stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Bulk custom silkscreened or ceramic printed bottle and jar orders are processed and shipped in 4-6 weeks. Written contracts for specific custom items that specify a turnaround time will supersede this policy.

In rare cases where we unexpectedly run out of stock, we will alert you of any delay. 

If you make a bulk or special order, we will provide a quote for products, services, and shipping, and a custom listing will be made for you. In order to quote the lowest prices, free shipping is not included for bulk orders (small parcels only). The processing time and shipping costs will be on your listing and will depend on the shipping address and logistics required to deliver your order.
