Shipping Policy

All non-customized items are shipped within 2 business days. (Normally the same or next day). 

Customized items are shipped as follows:

Thermal transfer labels (special order):

• 2 business days

Vinyl or BOPP labels:

• 250 items or less: 7-10 business days after ordering (customer-supplied design) or 7-10 business days after custom design is approved.
• 251 items or more: 9-12 business days after ordering (customer-supplied design) or 9-12 business days after custom design is approved.

Custom Silkscreen or Ceramic print:

• 4-6 weeks

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at our discretion unless contacted with a preference.

International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL at our discretion unless contacted with a preference.
